Objective of Gujarat Manav Kalyan Yojana 2023 

The Gujarat government has always been making efforts to bring the poor families out of poverty. This time also the Government of Gujarat has announced this Manav Kalyan Yojana in collaboration with the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Masons, vehicle repairers, cobblers, tailors, potters, beauty parlours, washermen, fish sellers, milk sellers, flour millers and spice millers, papad makers, mobile repairers will be able to take advantage of this scheme. Under this Manav Kalyan Yojana, every possible help will be given to them to increase their income.

Due to financial constraints, artisans and small businessmen are not able to buy new and necessary equipment and tools, which makes it impossible for them to progress. Manav Kalyan Yojana of Gujarat Government is the solution to this problem. This scheme will not only provide them loans on cheap interest, but will open the way for their progress by giving them new tools and equipment. 

The central government works closely with the state governments to help each and every citizen. In collaboration with the Tribal Ministry of the Central Government, the Industries and Mines Department of the Government of Gujarat has implemented this Manav Kalyan Yojana 2023 for BPL families. 

Eligibility Criteria For Availing The Benefit Of Manav Kalyan Yojana

     There are certain eligibility criteria to avail this scheme. Which are as follows.

• Beneficiary should have age limit below 16 to 60 years.
• For rural beneficiaries should be included in Poverty Line List (BPL) from District Village Development. These beneficiaries need not submit proof of income.
• Income limit should be less than 1,20,000/- if applicant belongs to village area.
• If the applicant is from an urban area, those having an annual family income limit of less than 1,50,000/- will get the benefit.

• First you have to type “e-Kutir Gujarat ” in Google .
• So Google will show the result of different websites in the result.
• In which the official website of Commissioner of Cottage and Rural Industries will open.
• After opening the official website of Commissioner Kutir, “ E-Kutir” will appear in the Menu Bar. Which has to be clicked.
• Clicking on e-cottage will now open the official website for “Manav Kalyan Yojana 2023” .
• If you have previously created User Id and Password on E Kutir Portal then you have to “Login to Portal”.

• If you have not created registration or login earlier then you have to proceed as follows.

Online Application Form

• For “ New Individual Registration Click Here ” given on E-Kutir Portal, you have to click.
• Now you have to fill “Registration Details as New Individual/Citizen”.
• Like applicant has to enter name, Aadhaar card, date of birth, mobile number, password and captcha code and click on “Register” button.
• A new page will open after clicking the button. ” Are you sure you want to register?” will be asked. In which click on “Confirm”.
• Then “Registration successfully! Your UserID for Login is 2200**** number will come. Which has to be recorded in a safe place.
• Now come to “Login to Portal” page and enter UserId, Password and Captcha Code and click on “Login” button.
• After login, “Profile Page” will appear. Fill the remaining information and click on “Update”.
• You have to save after updating the requested information.
• Now different plans will show in your profile page. In which one has to click on “Manav Kalyan Yojana”.
• After clicking on Manav Kalyan Yojana Online its information will open, after reading it click on “Ok” button.

• The online form of the plan will open, in which all the information in “Personal Details” has to be filled and click on “Save & Next”.
• Now the applicant has to click on “Save & Next” after filling the “Application Details” like toolkit name, educational qualification, technical details, income details, business name etc.
• The applicant now has to upload a copy of Aadhaar card , copy of ration card , document of BPL and sample of business experience etc.
